"Meditation is to see what is, as it is."
Prabhuji
Join us for weekend Sakshi meditation retreats with Prabhuji.
Our retreats are conducted in silence and are a rare opportunity to spend time in the presence of a self-realized spiritual master.
The Sakshi Yoga practices offered during the retreats direct us towards the experience of the true bliss that lies deep within.
These silent retreats are invitations to get away from daily activities and search for inner peace. When we stop our mundane distractions, we can create the proper condition for looking into ourselves.
Being in the presence of an authentic master can be a great help for the revelation of reality. During these weekend retreats, Prabhuji will give a series of satsangs and offer personal meetings.
You are invited to explore Sakshi Yoga practices that will prepare us for deeper spiritual experiences and spontaneous meditation, while surrounded by the peaceful forests and streams of the Catskill Mountains in New York State.

June 15th-17th - Relationships and the self-image:
The theme of this retreat is "The Self Image". With the light of Prabhuji's insight, we will learn how our self-image prevents us from living in reality and how we may transcend it.
August 24th-26th - Vivekachudamini:
The theme of this retreat is the power of spiritual discrimination. Prabhuji will deepen in fundamental topics such as the purpose of life, the qualities needed to experience our true essence, and the nature of God, the soul, and the cosmic manifestation, as inspired by the Vivekachudamani, a classic text written by the Hindu sage Shankaracharya.
